Our Journey Since 2005

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Aenean sit amet bibendum felis. Nulla faucibus commodo ante, eget luctus turpis posuere nec. Curabitur cursus odio scelerisque ultrices.

The First Spark

Cheryl launched Busy Bees from her garage in Scottsdale with a borrowed folding table, a secondhand label maker, and a vision: to help people feel less overwhelmed by their homes. What started as organizing closets quickly became something much deeper—restoring order and peace during times of transition.

Building Trust One Room at a Time

With word spreading, Cheryl brought in longtime friends and family to meet the growing demand. Busy Bees became a name people whispered to one another at church, support groups, and family dinners: “They’re kind. They’ll understand.” Our team grew by showing up, listening deeply, and never judging.

Expanding with Purpose

As more clients asked for help with packing, estate sales, and downsizing, we said yes—but only if we could do it our way: with empathy first. We trained ourselves not just in logistics, but in listening, supporting, and gently guiding families through tough decisions.

Becoming a Trusted Local Name

Busy Bees earned its stripes by doing the hard, unglamorous work with heart. Whether it was sorting family heirlooms or setting up a new home for a widow, our reputation was built on compassion and care. Realtors, senior care communities, and estate attorneys began referring us regularly.

Growing Across State Lines

We expanded into Louisiana—not because we planned to, but because families there needed the same kind of thoughtful help we were offering in Arizona. The pandemic tested us, but our commitment never wavered. We adapted our processes while keeping our clients safe and emotionally supported.

Honoring Every Story

Today, Busy Bees operates in two states with a full-time team of heart-led professionals. We’ve helped thousands of families simplify chaos, honor memories, and transition with dignity. But we still approach every project like it’s our first: with compassion, respect, and a deep sense of purpose.
