Cheryl launched Busy Bees from her garage in Scottsdale with a borrowed folding table, a secondhand label maker, and a vision: to help people feel less overwhelmed by their homes. What started as organizing closets quickly became something much deeper—restoring order and peace during times of transition.

With word spreading, Cheryl brought in longtime friends and family to meet the growing demand. Busy Bees became a name people whispered to one another at church, support groups, and family dinners: “They’re kind. They’ll understand.” Our team grew by showing up, listening deeply, and never judging.

As more clients asked for help with packing, estate sales, and downsizing, we said yes—but only if we could do it our way: with empathy first. We trained ourselves not just in logistics, but in listening, supporting, and gently guiding families through tough decisions.
